The 130th German Medical Assembly will take place in Hannover from 12 to 15 May 2026. Highlights of this year's conference programme will include the topic of addiction medicine and the responsibilities of the medical profession with regard to prevention, care, and regulation.

Before the official start of this year’s German Medical Assembly, the Dialogue Forum with Young Physicians will be held on Monday, 11 May, at 1 pm. All international guests are welcome to attend, and English interpretation will be provided.

A special gala dinner will be held on Monday, 11 May 2026, at the New Town Hall (Neues Rathaus) in Hannover.
